Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Accountant located in Bhopal. The Head Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Head Accountant will also coordinate with other departments, manage budgets, handle tax filings, and provide financial analysis and reports to support operational decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
  • Experience in managing financial records and preparing financial statements
  • Skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial forecasting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
