JOB SUMMARY

(Brief about the existence of the position)

  • Incumbent should be having 1-2 years of experience in HR in Time Office and General HR activities i.e. PMS, IMS , L&D, Employee Engagement assigned as per the needs of the organization from time to time

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(Primary duties)

  • Contract Labour Management I.e. Planning, Execution, Upkeeping the schedules
  • Coordinate L&D activities in line with the planned training as and when required.
  • Good hands on experience in statutory activities would ne preferred.
  • IMS Documentation
