Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our creative and technical team. The ideal candidate will assist in concept development, design detailing, client presentations, and coordination between design and execution teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic, design-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the senior design team in concept development, space planning, and detailed design drawings.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, presentation layouts, working drawings, and construction details using AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
  • Assist in preparing mood boards, material selections, and 3D visual presentations.
  • Conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and design coordination during project execution.
  • Ensure that all drawings and documentation meet quality and company standards.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to design discussions.
  • Stay updated with new design trends, materials, and technology relevant to interiors and architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in interior architecture or design firms.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (knowledge of Revit or Lumion is an added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of interior detailing, space planning, and material usage.
  • Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and technical precision.
