We're looking for a driven and creative
Junior Marketing Strategist
who's eager to grow in the world of digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on, analytical, and excited to learn the ropes of building impactful marketing campaigns that deliver real results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search channels
  • Manage and optimize content calendars for multiple platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor moves, and audience preferences
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Support SEO/SEM strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Prepare regular reports and performance insights for review

Must Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related internships/projects
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital ads, and SEO basics
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills

Good-to-have Skills

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics experience
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results
