Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Generalist who can support end-to-end HR functions and contribute to a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & On-boarding

  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for entry-level to mid-level roles
  • Manage on-boarding formalities, documentation, and induction process
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers

Employee Life-Cycle Management

  • Maintain employee files, HRIS data, attendance, and leave records
  • Support payroll inputs like attendance, leaves, and employee changes
  • Manage confirmation, transfers, separation formalities and exit interviews

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
  • Promote company culture, employee communication, and welfare initiatives

Performance & Compliance

  • Support performance review cycles and documentation
  • Ensure HR policies, compliance, and statutory records are maintained
  • Handle grievance escalation support and employee queries professionally

HR Operations & Admin

  • Maintain HR MIS reports and HR documentation
  • Assist management in HR-related correspondence and reports
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR / MBA HR preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in HR Generalist functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & HR software
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of HR processes, labor norms, and policies
