Role & responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA documentation as per company and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and manage SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flow Charts, Inspection Reports, and Quality Checklists.
  • Maintain records related to incoming, in-process, and final inspection of materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to quality control standards, ISO documentation, and internal audits.
  • Coordinate with the production, design, and dispatch teams to address non-conformities and corrective actions.
  • Conduct periodic quality training sessions for production and inspection staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback documentation and ensure corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure proper maintenance of calibration records for all measuring instruments.
  • Support the QA Manager in preparing quality-related reports and audit presentations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in QA documentation and process implementation in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation tasks efficiently.
