Quality Assurance and Administrator

**Laboratory**
- Plan and maintain weekly schedules with Opr. Manager for laboratory output
- Ensure reports Accuracy and follow TAT
- Work delegation, and output management by laboratory chemists
- Ensure SOP implementation for testing, and laboratory code of conduct
- Ensuring daily calibrations and NABL compliance
- Raise lab requirement of chemicals/ consumables; monthly
- Preparing all offline reports and doing transformer data analysis for client records
- Maintaining sample retention and releasing for preparedness of containers
- Perform routine and periodic maintenance for testing equipments and machines in laboratory.
- To ensure smooth technical running and accuracy and authenticity of reports and implementation of Quality policy
- Ensuring all Machines are in working condition and following up with AMC and contractors
- Single point coordination for LAB execution to Client (Any report delivery/ delay has to be updated)

**Testing**
- training of new assistant recruits

**Administrative work**
- Financial reporting & management of TKP LAB BUDGET
- Administrative and housekeeping support to Opr. Head
- Executing all maintenance work in TKP (Vehicle/ Machines/ all adhoc Factory requirements)
- Executing employee ID card/ Uniforms/Lab coats maintainence
- Making arrangements for employee gate pass at client with help of Client Satisfaction Officer (KuldeepKaur)

**Key performance Indicators**
- Weekly samples completed output of lab
- Daily average score of lab output (min. 90)
- 100% compliance of SOP. 100% testing data online in NDLOne
- ZERO NC in quality audits, via testing and reporting
- ensure 100% up time for all machines and testing, by maintaining equipments and supplies
- ZERO error in reporting/ testing data.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in laboratory operations (any lab, pathlab included)
- Computer Savvy for report generation and NDLOne
- Excellent in MS Office specially in Excel
- Basic english communication skills

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sampla, Sampla - 124501, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
