Front Office cum Admin Executive

A Front office Executive at Museum of Solutions serves as the initial point of contact for visitors, families, and school groups. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for creating an engaging and educational experience for children and their caregivers. They are responsible for handling check-ins, check-outs, bookings and various guest inquiries contributing to a seamless and enjoyable museum journey. Key responsibilities Guest Service: ● Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression. ● Assist families, children, and groups with admissions, memberships, and program registrations. ● Provide information about museum exhibits, activities, and upcoming events. ● Assist in coordinating and welcoming school groups, field trips, and other organized visits. ● Ensure smooth check-in and assist facilitators or group leaders in orientation as needed. ● Monitor the reception area and ensure the safety and security of children and visitors. ● Follow established protocols in case of emergencies or lost children. Administrative Tasks & Knowledge: ● Complete administrative duties, such as record-keeping, data entry, and filing. ● Be up-to-date with museum programs, events, and exhibit details to provide accurate information.
Required Qualifications ● High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus). ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ● Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor. ● Proficiency in using computer systems, booking software, and office applications. ● Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems. ● Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays ● Child safety awareness and the ability to respond calmly to challenging situations.
