Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Executive role located on-site at our Kochi office. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards, managing projects, and contributing to the overall strategic goals of the organization. Responsibilities will include cross-functional coordination, team leadership, stakeholder communications, and driving operational excellence across departments. The Senior Executive will also work collaboratively with local teams to uphold the values and business principles of Air Works.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in operations management, project management, and leadership within aviation services.
  • Strong skills in compliance, safety protocols, regulatory standards, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a strategic mindset for business development.
  • Prior experience in the aerospace or MRO industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment and effectively manage diverse teams.
