Corporate Communications Professional

We are seeking a talented
Corporate Communications professional
who is creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented to join our communications team based in
Hyderabad
. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse internal groups, develop strategic communication solutions, and strengthen both external and internal messaging. You'll be part of a dynamic, collegial, and inclusive environment that values creativity and collaboration.

What You Will Do Day-to-Day

In this role, you will handle a broad range of communication initiatives supporting the organization's external and internal branding efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing
    employer branding campaigns
    to attract top talent and reinforce the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Developing and managing
    employee advocacy programs
    to highlight authentic employee stories across suitable communication channels.
  • Managing relationships with
    branding and design partners
    , ensuring alignment with brand goals and design guidelines.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify
    events for sponsorship and participation
    , ensuring strategic alignment with branding objectives.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of
    internal and external events
    , ensuring brand consistency across materials and assets.
  • Creating compelling
    content for external branding
    , such as campus branding material, leadership speeches, newsletters, press releases, and social media communication.
  • Supporting
    internal communications
    to ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms.
  • Writing, editing, and reviewing complex documents, including
    business proposals, detailed reports, and communication assets
    that support business objectives.

Who We Are Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
    , with
    7–10 years of professional experience
    in corporate communications or a related discipline.
  • Strong initiative, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional
    communication, interpersonal, and project-management skills
    , along with strong writing abilities and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while working effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with
    employer branding platforms
    such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Glassdoor, and similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with
    content management systems
    , social media platforms, and
    basic graphic design skills
    .
