We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Events Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and event coordination, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings.
- Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and layouts.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and event planning principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
