Banquet Supervisor

Job Purpose:
To supervise, coordinate, and oversee banquet operations, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and smooth event execution in line with company policies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise banquet staff during events and functions to ensure efficient service.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing banquet setups as per event requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
- Conduct pre-event and post-event briefings with staff.
- Ensure banquet areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety & hygiene standards.
- Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job training as required.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of banquet supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Support the Banquet Manager in scheduling, rostering, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Male candidate preferred (as per operational requirement).
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Banquet/Events operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of banquet service standards and event operations.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
