5.Foster a collaborative work environment. Required Skills and Qualifications

6.Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.

7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8.Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

9.High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Working Conditions:

1.Full-time position, often requiring flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Work is typically conducted in an office or call center setting.

2.This role is crucial for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective team management and strategic goal setting.
