Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and other sales channels.
- Present and promote products/services to potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role (1–3 years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel if required.
