Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and other sales channels.
  • Present and promote products/services to potential customers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role (1–3 years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
