Role Overview

The Regional Head is responsible for overseeing business operations, revenue growth, and team performance across the assigned region. This role requires strong leadership, strategic execution, and business development expertise to ensure consistent growth and profitability while maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional strategy in alignment with overall organizational objectives.

  • Lead and manage sales, operations, marketing, and support functions across the region.

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within the assigned geography.

  • Ensure achievement of regional targets (sales, revenue, collection, and operational KPIs).

  • Build, lead, and motivate high-performing regional teams; provide coaching and performance management.

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

  • Manage key client and partner relationships to strengthen business presence in the region.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with central leadership to implement new initiatives, products, and services.

  • Represent the organization at regional industry forums, government bodies, and other external stakeholders.
