We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to drive strategic data enablement initiatives, aligning technical solutions with our clients' business objectives. Role Summary:As a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant within Capgemini Invent, you will be a critical bridge between client business needs and technical implementation. You will leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud to design, implement, and manage solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through data-driven transformation and ensuring long-term success through scalable and maintainable solutions. Responsibilities:Strategic Client Engagement & Requirements Alignment:Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic business objectives and translate them into actionable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions, focusing on scalability and long-term maintainability.

Position Data Cloud and articulate its business value to clients. Contribute to pre-sales solutioning and business analysis. Salesforce Data Cloud Solution Design & Implementation:Design, implement, and manage Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to meet complex client requirements.

Develop and maintain robust data models, data flows, and integration processes. Perform rigorous data analysis and data quality assessments to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Leverage expertise in data segmentation, audience creation, and data driven marketing strategies.

Consult on AI driven analytics, and predictive intelligence features. Technical Expertise & Guidance:Provide expert technical guidance on best practices for data management and integration. Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and data quality issues.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features and enhancements. Consult on integrations using MuleSoft, and Salesforce SDKs. Knowledge Transfer & Training:Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Salesforce Data Cloud functionalities.

Contribute to the development of internal knowledge repositories and best practice documentation. Technical Skills:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.8-10 years of overall Salesforce experience, with 1-3 years specializing in Salesforce Data Cloud. Proven experience in data strategy, data modeling, and implementing CDP solutions.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data management best practices. Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, APIs (REST/SOAP), and ETL processes. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, File Storage, B2C Commerce, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Ingestion API, Web and mobile SDK and MuleSoft integration with Salesforce Data Cloud(optional).

Experience with data governance, data privacy, and GDPR compliance. Knowledge of AI-driven analytics and Predictive Intelligence features. Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is mandatory.

Salesforce Certified Data Architect is a plus. Process Skills:Knowledge of agile scrum development lifecycles and modern quality engineering practices. Behavioral Skills:Creative and effective in oral and written communication, with the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Client centric approach. Certification:Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Data Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Data Architect (preferred)Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud consultant are a plus.
