About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Retail Cloud Consultant (POS)
to design, develop, and deliver scalable retail and eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Retail Cloud modules, hands-on technical skills, and a strong understanding of retail industry challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Salesforce
Retail Cloud POS modules
including:

  • Sales & Return
  • Deposit Sales
  • Employee Sales
  • Store Credit
  • Receipt from DC
  • Return to DC
  • STS (Store-to-Store)
  • Physical Inventory
  • Daily Closing

Design, develop, and test
eCommerce and retail solutions
using Salesforce (low-code approach where applicable)

Ensure
seamless system integrations
with external and internal systems

Provide
L3 support
and resolve production issues

Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver new features and enhancements

Align solutions with
retail best practices
such as clienteling, endless aisle, and omni-channel fulfillment

Required Skills & Experience:


7+ years of IT experience
with strong focus on
Salesforce Retail Cloud / POS implementations

Proficiency in Salesforce platform development & configuration (Flows, Apex, Integrations)

Solid knowledge of
retail business processes
and omni-channel commerce strategies

Experience with
system integrations
and troubleshooting production issues

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
