Job Title: Client Relationship Executive
Department: Business Development
Location: Chennai , Tamil Nadu
Reporting To: Project Manager
(Preferred Female candidates)
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve concerns effectively.
Sales & Business Support
- Assist the sales team with lead follow-up and conversions.
- Support in onboarding new clients and coordinating required documentation.
- Present products/services to clients and explain features clearly.
- Maintain client database and update CRM tools regularly.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Marketing, Admin) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and service appointments as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and visits.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on client activities, follow-ups, and closures.
- Track client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client contracts and service agreements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or sales support.
- Experience in training/education/IT/technical institution domain is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Personal Attributes:
- Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
