Website – ;\/span> Join us on LinkedIn to be with updated - ;\/span> Job Purpose: The candidate will be part of Auditand Assurance Team which handles the Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Ind AS / IFRSAdvisory, Audit of Internal Financial Control etc., Role Responsibilities: Candidate is expected to work closely withthe Partner / Director / Senior Manager to build client relationships. Must have a detailed understanding of theframework and auditing and accounting standards. Shall have the ability to execute StatutoryAudit / Indian GAAP / Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP accounting services Establishing audit objectives, and designing and implementing audit methodologies,processes and audit report criteria Handling Major Audit Engagements includingListed Clients independently Handling team in each audit assignment andguiding and mentoring the team members in the assignment Discussion with the Top Management and updatethem with Significant issues during the audit. Conducting Reviews for the work done by Auditteam and ensure submission of data for Partner / ADs Review at appropriate time. To be updated with all the amendments in theapplicable laws applicable for attest function Expert knowledge in audit of FinancialStatement & Consolidation of large corporates Limited Review of Quarterly Results ofEntities Tax Audit to be performed with all theamendments as per Income Tax Law Compliances related to - Ind -AS, AccountingStandards / Standards on Auditing / Statutory reporting and disclosurerequirements under the Companies Act 2013 / SEBI LODR & RBI Regulations Have the ability to work under deadlines anddemanding client expectations Be willing to travel within India Have strong soft skills like leadership,inter personal, team and communication skills both verbal and written. Should be a team player and experience ofmanaging multiple audit engagements Qualification: 1. Qualified chartered accountantswith experience in handling statutory audit of large listed companies andpublic limited companies2. Rich experience of 2 -6 years inhandling audit of group of entities and consolidated financials3. Qualified Systems Auditor fromthe ICAI (India) or CISA (USA) is preferred4.
