ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy and Vision

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's overarching goals
  • Identify market opportunities and prioritize features based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and business impact

Product Development

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and validation to launch and iteration, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment across functions

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Set clear goals, provide strategic guidance, and regularly evaluate team performance and development

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, both internally and externally
  • Engage with executives, partners, and customers to communicate product direction, gather feedback, and align on priorities

Financial Oversight

  • Manage the product budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively and aligned with strategic goals
  • Track product performance through key metrics such as revenue, ROI, and profitability, and adjust strategies as needed

Consulting

  • Provide consultative insights to leadership and stakeholders on product strategy, market trends, and financial investment decisions
  • Advise cross-functional teams to optimize product growth, innovation, and operational efficiency"

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering Discipline or equivalent with 14 years of Product Management experience.
  • Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
  • Strong capability to lead, mentor, and inspire a product management team.
  • Effective in working with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
  • Skilled in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Expertise in developing and aligning product roadmaps with company objectives.
  • Proficiency in overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Strong ability to manage budgets and monitor product financial performance.
  • Skilled in identifying market opportunities and conducting competitive analysis.
  • Competence in setting goals, providing guidance, and evaluating team performance
  • Ability to prioritize features and allocate resources effectively based on analysis and business goals.
