  • Coordinate with bank underwriting & operations teams for smooth processing
  • Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets (fees, spends, activations)
  • Focus on customer experience and long-term relationship building
  • Upsell add-on cards, limit enhancement, EMI, and premium upgrades
  • Maintain daily sales MIS, lead tracker, and follow-up status
  • Ensure zero complaints, zero miss-selling
  • Stay updated with premium card offers, competitor products, and market trends

Job Type: Full-time
