- Ensure 100% accurate KYC, income documents, and compliance as per bank & RBI norms
- Maintain high approval and activation ratio
- Coordinate with bank underwriting & operations teams for smooth processing
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets (fees, spends, activations)
- Focus on customer experience and long-term relationship building
- Upsell add-on cards, limit enhancement, EMI, and premium upgrades
- Maintain daily sales MIS, lead tracker, and follow-up status
- Ensure zero complaints, zero miss-selling
- Stay updated with premium card offers, competitor products, and market trends
