Job Description:
Shri Anand Poly, a leading name in flexible packaging, is looking for an experienced Ink Chemist to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ink formulation, shade matching, and quality control for flexible poly packaging applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, match, and modify inks suitable for flexographic and rotogravure printing.
- Conduct trials and ensure color accuracy and consistency during production.
- Handle pigment dispersion, solvent balance, and viscosity control.
- Work closely with the production team to resolve any ink-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of formulations and testing records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in flexible poly packaging inks.
- Strong knowledge of solvent-based and water-based ink systems.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
