**Job Title: Ink Chemist - Flexi Poly Packaging**

Experience Required: 4-5 years (in Flexible Poly Packaging Industry)

**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month (negotiable based on interview performance)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, match, and modify inks suitable for flexographic and rotogravure printing.
- Conduct trials and ensure color accuracy and consistency during production.
- Handle pigment dispersion, solvent balance, and viscosity control.
- Work closely with the production team to resolve any ink-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of formulations and testing records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in flexible poly packaging inks.
- Strong knowledge of solvent-based and water-based ink systems.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
