Job Description:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced F&B Manager to join our team at our 5-star

luxury property in Jamnagar. As an F&B Manager, you'll oversee food and beverage operations,

ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service

* Manage F&B staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

* Develop and implement F&B strategies to drive revenue and guest satisfaction

* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service

* Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and courteously

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star luxury hotel

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
