Role Description
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? We're seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team immediately. As an Academic Counsellor, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, engaging with potential students, converting leads, and fostering lasting relationships.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Broad minset, & target achiever in inside sales and lead generation.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- A knack for customer service and relationship-building.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll:
- Conduct outbound calls daily, engaging candidates and promoting our courses.
- Utilize WhatsApp to maintain communication and keep leads warm.
- Convert leads into sales, guiding candidates through the enrollment process.
- Perform all duties on site with your own phone and laptop.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide daily reports.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Look for referral sales.
