We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Lead Web Designer with a strong background in both print and digital media design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing professional and impactful visual content, ranging from logos, social media creatives, and brochures to large-scale outdoor designs and corporate branding assets. In addition, the candidate must be confident in handling data-driven documents such as white papers, case studies, reports, charts, and infographics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for digital and print projects.
  • Design and deliver creative assets including:
  • Logos, brand identities, corporate branding collaterals.
  • Social media creatives (flyers, banners, posters, reels, carousels).
  • Print materials (magazines, brochures, standees, booth backdrops, hoardings).
  • Professional documents (white papers, case studies, mailers, reports).
  • Create data-driven visuals such as charts, graphs, infographics, and tables with clarity and creativity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs are aligned with branding and messaging.
  • Manage and maintain brand consistency across all communication platforms.
  • Oversee video editing and creation (ability to conceptualize and create from scratch will be a plus).
  • Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers when required.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Design Tools (Mandatory): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of print media design standards (color models, printing formats, large-scale outputs).
  • Expertise in digital design for web, social, and professional publishing.
  • Experience in video editing (creation from scratch is a plus).
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to design data-centric content (charts, graphs, tables, infographics).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in design roles, with proven exposure to: Corporate branding and marketing communications, Print & outdoor advertising.
  • Data-heavy corporate documents (white papers, case studies).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design across multiple mediums.

  • Demonstrated leadership by guiding the design team, fostering creativity, and ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with business goals.
