Key Responsibilities

1. Planning & Coordination

  • Develop an annual activity calendar in coordination with school leadership.
  • Plan cultural, academic, and sports events such as assemblies, competitions, celebrations, exhibitions, and field trips.
  • Coordinate with teachers, coaches, and external vendors for smooth execution of events.

2. Event Management

  • Oversee logistics of activities including venue setup, materials, permissions, and safety arrangements.
  • Manage execution of major school events such as Sports Day, Annual Day, festivals, awareness days, and inter-house competitions.
  • Ensure proper documentation such as event reports, photos, and student participation records.

3. Student Engagement

  • Encourage and guide students to participate in activities based on their interests and talents.
  • Form and supervise school clubs (Art Club, Literary Club, Science Club, Music Club, etc.).
  • Train student volunteers and activity leaders.

4. Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain communication with parents regarding student participation and achievements.
  • Liaise with external organizations for competitions, workshops, or guest sessions.
  • Work closely with the academic team to ensure activities complement curriculum goals.

5. Safety & Discipline

  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and outings.
  • Maintain discipline and smooth functioning of events.

6. Record Keeping

  • Maintain attendance, participation data, achievements, and inventory of activity-related materials.
  • Prepare reports for school management and accreditation requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
