- **Sterility and Safety**:Ensuring the maintenance of a sterile environment, adherence to infection control policies, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Equipment and Inventory Management**:Monitoring the maintenance of OT equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition, and managing inventory of medical and diagnostic supplies.
- **Surgical Coordination**:Collaborating with surgeons, anesthetists, and other medical staff to prepare for surgeries, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient workflow.
- **Emergency Management**:Managing emergencies and ensuring the availability of emergency stock in the operating theatre.
