**Supervision and Coordination**:Overseeing the daily activities of the OT department, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- **Staff Management**:Managing a team of surgical nurses, technicians, and support staff, including performance evaluations, feedback, and professional development.
- **Sterility and Safety**:Ensuring the maintenance of a sterile environment, adherence to infection control policies, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Equipment and Inventory Management**:Monitoring the maintenance of OT equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition, and managing inventory of medical and diagnostic supplies.
- **Surgical Coordination**:Collaborating with surgeons, anesthetists, and other medical staff to prepare for surgeries, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient workflow.
- **Emergency Management**:Managing emergencies and ensuring the availability of emergency stock in the operating theatre.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining records of operations and procedures, and reporting to higher management.
- **Quality Assurance**:Monitoring and assuring quality in the OT department, including implementation and maintenance of NABH standards and other quality initiatives.

- **Leadership and Management**:Ability to effectively lead and manage a team, delegate tasks, and motivate staff.
- **Technical Expertise**:Strong understanding of operating theatre procedures, equipment, and instruments.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with various healthcare professionals.
- **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making**:Ability to identify and resolve issues related to staffing, equipment, or procedures.
- **Organizational and Time Management**:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,772.76 - ₹25,000.64 per month
