About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Digital Marketing Executive
to join our onsite team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have
1–2 years of professional experience
(excluding internships) in digital marketing, with strong knowledge of
SEO using free tools
and hands-on skills in
Photoshop
for designing graphical posts.

This role involves a mix of
SEO, social media management, content creation, and graphic design
, offering the opportunity to grow into a well-rounded digital marketer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
  • Perform SEO tasks using free tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, and AnswerThePublic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and traffic analysis.
  • Manage and update WordPress websites — blog uploads, content edits, and basic SEO setup.
  • Design creative social media graphics and promotional posts using Photoshop and Canva.
  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) — posting, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
  • Support email and content marketing initiatives.
  • Research and suggest new trends, strategies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in digital marketing (excluding internships).
  • Practical experience with free SEO tools and WordPress CMS.
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop; familiarity with Canva is a plus.
  • Good understanding of social media marketing and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in an onsite environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads or email marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting.
  • A passion for creativity, learning, and problem-solving.
