The Role

This is a
onsite role
at the intersection of community building, content creation, and early-stage growth.

You will:

  • Build and nurture local health-focused communities through regular engagement and small events
  • Create authentic content across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn to share stories, learnings, and progress
  • Actively engage with members online and offline—listening, encouraging, and guiding
  • Track basic engagement and growth metrics to understand what's working
  • Help shape a repeatable community playbook as we expand to new cities

This role is for someone who enjoys working closely with people and believes meaningful growth comes from trust, not noise.

Prior experience in content, events, or communities is a plus—but not required.
