Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Tenant Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring tenants for residential and commercial properties, building relationships with potential clients, and managing the tenant acquisition process. Responsibilities also include conducting site visits, negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless lease execution. The role involves maintaining market intelligence to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Real estate knowledge, client relationship management, and tenant acquisition expertise
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Proficiency in managing data, reporting, and maintaining CRM tools
- Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or business development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
