Role & responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationship with key stakeholders including government Officials, regulatory bodies, media and the public.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's image, manage Its reputation and address public concerns.

  • Navigating the regulatory landscape, securing necessary permits and licenses and Advocating for the company's interests with government entities.

  • Managing internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and transparency.

  • Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations and implementing Robust internal controls.

  • Overseeing various administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient Operations of the organizations

  • Manage and development of company's Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

  • Responsible for estate management (i.e. entire immoveable property of the Company) land management, ensuring possession of land and

establishments from all incumbents.

  • Examining and assessing compensation and rent of the land, premises, buildings, and Finalization of rates prior to approval of the Management.

  • Undertaking activities for eviction of unauthorized occupations, land encroachment and illegal shops / establishments

  • Effective lesioning with state like, Dist. Collector, Superintendent of Police, Thana In charge, SDM and Tehsildar, Forest department and significant others.
