The Role

We're seeking a Trading Community Manager to spearhead the growth and engagement of our trading community. This is a rare opportunity to join the growth team of an AI-first company at an inflection point, where your community-building expertise will directly shape how thousands of traders discover, adopt, and master AI-powered trading analysis.

You'll be the bridge between Draconic's cutting-edge AI capabilities and the trading community, creating spaces where traders learn, share, and grow together.

What You'll Do

  • Build and scale Draconic's trading community across Discord, Telegram, forums, and social media platforms
  • Leverage your existing network to drive community growth and identify collaboration opportunities with trading influencers and community leaders
  • Design engagement strategies including discussions, challenges, webinars, and live sessions that drive active participation
  • Create educational content and use cases that help traders maximize Draconic's AI capabilities
  • Represent Draconic at trading meetups, seminars, and community events (online and offline)
  • Track community metrics and work with the growth team to optimize community impact on business objectives
  • Act as the voice of traders internally, gathering feedback to inform product and marketing decisions

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience
     building or managing trading communities (stock market focused)
  • Existing network within trading communities - you know the influencers, the power users, the forum moderators
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging trading communities across platforms (forums, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of trader psychology, pain points, and what drives community participation
  • Personal trading experience and genuine passion for markets (equity, F&O, intraday, swing trading)
  • Excellent communication skills - you speak trader language fluently and can explain complex concepts simply
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with AI tools or tech products in the trading/fintech space
  • Content creation skills (writing, video, social media)
  • Experience organizing offline trading meetups or events
  • Understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and community growth hacking
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain AI-powered features
