Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sale strategies, identifying and engaging with potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role includes managing sales pipelines, achieving sales targets, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The Sales Manager will work closely with other teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Skill & Qualifications

  • Sales, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Business development and client relationship management experience
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in PCB/Electronic manufacturing or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
