Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and retain top talent.
  • Build strong employer branding strategies.
  • Streamline onboarding processes for faster integration and productivity.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee HR operations including payroll, attendance, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Handle audits, inspections, and liaise with government authorities as needed.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Develop employee engagement strategies to boost motivation and retention.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and act on feedback.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.

4. Policy Development & Process Automation

  • Draft and revise HR policies in line with evolving industry practices.
  • Drive automation in HR processes using HRIS tools and technology platforms.
  • Optimize HR documentation, workflows, and reporting.

5. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce management.

6. Exit Management

  • Manage smooth offboarding, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
  • Analyze attrition trends and recommend retention strategies.

7. Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor goal-setting frameworks (KRA/KPI-based).
  • Lead periodic performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
  • Promote a performance-driven culture with transparent evaluation metrics.

What We're Looking For:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 6 – 10 years
    of experience in HR, preferably in the
    real estate industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, HR operations, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and team collaboration.
