Job Title: Draftsman Telecom Towers

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with proven experience in preparing planning and design drawings for telecom towers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of steel structures, antenna placements, and related tower components. He/She will work

closely with engineers and project teams to produce accurate, detailed, and compliant drawings that support tower design, installation, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities


• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and design layouts for telecom towers


• Work with existing CAD drawings, survey/site data and proposed design inputs to produce design drawings.


• Draft structural steel detailing drawings, antenna mounting plans, and associated layouts.


• Create tower elevation, antenna schematics and site layouts as per engineering requirements.


• Ensure all drawings comply with client inputs received.

Preferred candidate profile:


• Diploma/ITI in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Drafting or related field.


• 2+ years of experience as a Draftsman in telecom tower projects


• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D


• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Preferred Skills


• Knowledge of Telecom tower drawings and antenna mounting details.


• Understanding of telecom tower components (antennas, RRUs, feeders, microwave

dishes, etc.).


• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, site survey reports
