Job Overview

We are looking for a Hindi Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound Client calls. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and capable of delivering professional Client support through voice communication.

Key Responsibilities Inbound Support

  • Attend Client calls and provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Assist Client with queries, complaints, and general support.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone throughout the interaction.

Outbound Support

  • Make follow-up calls to Client regarding inquiries, service updates, or feedback.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

General Responsibilities

  • Record Client information and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Resolve Client issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
  • Meet daily call handling metrics and performance standards.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Hindi (English or regional language skills are an added advantage).
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any discipline).
  • Freshers can apply; experience in Voice Process / Client Support / BPO is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and patience on calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM usage).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
