Job Description:
This position entails constructing and establishing brand identities from the ground up, as well as strategically positioning and repositioning the brand. He/she should be someone who will shape the brand image, we are hiring a brand manager who will understand consumer insights. Our ideal candidate is a strategic brand manager, who can build brand awareness while augmenting the brand value and the overall profitability of the company. The brand manager should be flexible and easily adapt to the dynamic and transitional market of today.
ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong understanding of B2C & B2B business dynamics.
- Well-versed in branding, marketing fundamentals, and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in brand positioning, reputation management, and growth strategies.
- Experienced in planning and executing brand campaigns across verticals.
- Adept at budgeting, forecasting, KPI/ROI analysis, and cost optimization.
- Competent in analyzing industry, competition, and market trends.
- Strong stakeholder management with retail partners, clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Experienced in handling internal stakeholders across sales, products, finance, and creative teams.
- Hands-on in developing and optimizing marketing campaigns (launches & promotions).
