Position: Branch Coordinator

Department: Back Office

Location: Delhi

Reporting to: Regional Head

Job Purpose

To coordinate and oversee branch operations in the manufacturing industry by ensuring smooth execution of sales support, customer service, logistics, and administrative tasks. The Branch Coordinator acts as a link between customers, branch team, factory, and head office to achieve branch targets and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations & Administration

· Manage day-to-day branch activities including administration, documentation, and compliance.

· Coordinate with the factory/plant and head office for timely order processing, dispatches, and inventory planning.

· Maintain accurate records of branch activities, reports, and correspondence.

· Support audits, compliance checks, and adherence to company policies.

2. Sales & Customer Support

· Provide backend support to the sales team in quotation preparation, order confirmations, and customer communication.

· Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules, product requirements, and after-sales support.

· Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.

· Track sales leads, branch performance, and assist in achieving business targets.

3. Logistics & Inventory Management

· Coordinate with factory, transporters, and warehouse for smooth dispatches and deliveries.

· Monitor branch stock, spare parts, and consumables to ensure adequate availability.

· Prepare and maintain inventory reports, stock reconciliations, and material movement records.

4. Team Coordination

· Support branch staff in daily work and act as a bridge between departments (Sales, Service, Accounts, and Factory).

· Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and branch-level HR documentation.

· Assist in training coordination and induction of new employees at the branch.

5. Financial & Reporting Support

· Assist in billing, invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.

· Ensure timely submission of MIS reports (sales, dispatch, stock, outstanding payments, etc.).

· Support in monitoring credit limits, outstanding payments, and coordinate with customers for timely collections.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.

· Good communication and negotiation skills.

· Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, and basic reporting tools.

· Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and logistics.

· Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.

Qualifications & Experience

· Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Engineering.

· 1–6 years of experience in branch coordination, sales support, or operations within the manufacturing industry.

· Experience in handling logistics, customer support, and inventory management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹30,000.00 per month
