* Job Description*

As a Ticketing & Reservation Trainee, you will learn to assist customers with flight bookings, ticket issuance, and reservation-related support using Global Distribution Systems (GDS). This is a training opportunity aimed at helping you build a career in the travel and tourism industry.

* Responsibilities*

Assist in booking domestic and international flights

Learn to use GDS tools to issue tickets (Amadeus,Galileo, etc.)

Support ticket changes, cancellations, and rebookings

Respond to customer queries related to flight reservations

Coordinate with airlines and vendors for updated information

Stay updated on fare rules, airline policies, and travel regulations

Follow company guidelines and standard procedures

* Qualifications*

Interest in travel and tourism industry

Basic knowledge of air travel and ticketing is a plus

Willingness to learn GDS tools like Amadeus or Galileo

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Customer-focused attitude

Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

Willingness to learn Global Distribution Systems (GDS)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of airline operations.
