**About the Role**

As a **GDS Ticketing Agent**, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their travel needs. Your responsibilities will include booking flights, issuing tickets, handling modifications/cancellations, and providing support for reservation-related inquiries. The goal is to deliver a smooth and seamless travel experience to our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in booking flights and provide information on available airlines, schedules, and fares.
- Process ticket reservations and issue electronic/paper tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Handle ticket modifications, cancellations, rebookings, and refunds.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel suppliers for updated and accurate information.
- Stay informed about industry trends, airline policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in ticketing/reservation or the travel industry preferred.
- Proficiency in **Global Distribution Systems (GDS)** such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Strong knowledge of airline codes, fares, and flight regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
