As a GDS Ticketing Agent, you will play a key role in assisting customers with flight bookings, ticket issuance, and handling any reservation-related queries to ensure a smooth travel experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Book flights and provide information on airlines, schedules, and fares

Issue electronic and paper tickets using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)

Handle modifications, cancellations, rebookings, and refunds

Provide excellent customer service and resolve reservation-related issues

Coordinate with airlines and travel suppliers

Stay informed on industry trends and airline policies

Follow SOPs and maintain compliance with travel regulations

**Qualifications & Skills**

1-10 years of experience in ticketing or travel industry

Proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo

Strong knowledge of airline codes, fares, and regulations

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks

Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and professionally

Team-oriented and service-driven approach
