Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities by visiting colleges and institutions, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting the organization's educational programs. The role involves lead generation, event coordination, and achieving set admission or sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges, institutions, and organizations to promote courses and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, faculty, and students.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
- Generate quality leads through field visits, networking, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to ensure lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by management.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and promotional ideas.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development or educational marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
- Ability to travel and work independently in the field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹14, ₹16,000.00 per month
