Role – Relationship Officer
CTC – upto 3.5L
Job Purpose:
Drive insurance business growth by partnering with assigned bank relationship/channel partners to promote Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance products. Facilitate seamless pre- and post-sales support to channel partners and customers, ensuring consistent quarterly business growth while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive insurance product sales.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within partner organizations to maximize business potential.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales processes, including onboarding, issuance, and complaint resolution.
- Align channel partners with company policies, product updates, and regulatory changes through timely communication and training.
- Monitor and manage the quality and mix of business to ensure profitability and adherence to company guidelines.
- Drive customer engagement through proactive welcome calls and timely query resolution.
- Achieve and maintain persistency targets to ensure timely renewals and long-term business sustainability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-5 years sales experience, preferably in bancassurance or insurance sales. However candidates with other front line sales experience will also be evaluated.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align their priorities.
- Good communication and customer service orientation.
- Result-driven with a focus on consistent business growth.
