JOB DESCRIPTION : MANAGER: we Buttons Group ( 20+Retail chain stores ) are looking for an experienced Store Manager for Our Thiruthuraipoondi, Gingee, Uthukkotai, Gummidipoondi , Arcor & Arani Stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Sales Performance: Set sales goals and motivate the team to meet and exceed these targets. Implement strategies to drive store sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer experience by training staff on excellent service standards and handling customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop store associates. Foster a positive work environment and ensure team members are engaged and productive.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate product displays.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain store compliance with company policies and local regulations, including health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
