  • Hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
  • Providing performance feedback, conducting evaluations, and handling disciplinary issues.
  • Motivating the team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Financial and sales management

  • Developing and managing the store's budget and tracking expenses.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and set performance goals.
  • Implementing sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitoring profitability and identifying areas for cost improvement.

Inventory and store operations

  • Ensuring proper stock levels, ordering new products, and managing inventory.
  • Managing the store's physical appearance, including layout, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintaining compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.

Customer service

  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Building relationships with customers and ensuring staff provide excellent service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
