Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, located in Chennai, India. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team of IT professionals to execute client projects effectively. Key responsibilities include creating project plans, ensuring timely delivery of tasks, identifying and resolving issues, and providing technical and strategic guidance to the team. The Team Lead will work closely with clients to understand business requirements and ensure the delivery of customized solutions that align with their needs. Additionally, the Team Lead will oversee resources and report project progress to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Zoho suite of products, ERP, and CRM technologies
  • Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills
  • Technical expertise in cloud-based solutions and software implementation
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop tailor-made IT solutions
  • Experience in creating scalable and cost-effective IT strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in working with small, medium, and large enterprises is an advantage
