Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist, based in Bengaluru East. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and assisting clients with commercial and residential real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include providing property advice, facilitating property leasing and sales, and addressing client inquiries effectively. The role also involves maintaining market knowledge, identifying client needs, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and meet client needs
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to provide expert guidance and identify optimal property solutions
  • Proven Sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with current market trends and local real estate regulations is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
