We at Vandhana Poly Plast (Prop. Vandhana International Pvt. Ltd.) are presently looking to hire a dynamic, young, professional for our Production Department. We require a candidate to work in our Production, Planning and Control Department.

Role and Responsibilities -

  • Support the Plant Head in Planning the Production Schedule and ensure proper implementation of the same daily.
  • Making a Daily Production Plan in line with the Weekly Production Plan made by the Plant Head.
  • Following up on the implementation of the Production Plan.
  • To be present on the Production Floor and manage day-to-day Production Plans and ensure Outputs are in line with Quality, Machine Efficiency and Man-power availability.
  • Responsible for ensuring machines are running as per production plan and giving efficient output during their run time.
  • Ensuring Timely Dispatches to the Customers.
  • Following up on Orders with Suppliers of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials for the Plant.
  • Scheduling timely maintenance, overhauling and repair of machines, moulds and tools.
  • Coordinating with Plant Manager and Quality Manager of Plant on daily tasks and production for the day.
  • Ensuring proper inventory management of all products essential for production.
  • Be part of Customer Audits to ensure continuous improvements in product quality.
  • Ensure proper and timely maintenance of documents for Production in line with Customer and External Audits.
  • Support Quality Team in Review of Concerns/Complaints raised by Customers, if any.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi language.
  • Candidate should be proficient in computer generally and applications like MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Candidate should be comfortable with using applications on mobile phone/tablet for the purpose of data entry and analysis.
  • Candidate preferred with an understanding of the processes of Sheet Extrusion, Thermoforming, Sleeving and Printing. Should also have a fair amount of knowledge of HIPS & PP as raw materials used in processing of plastic products.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of using tools relevant to the various production processes.
  • Candidate with basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 along with understanding of HACCP and GMP is preferred.
  • Candidate should know how to document production data in line with the daily production.
  • Candidate should have knowledge and experience of production, planning and shop floor manpower management.
