Job description
Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of accounting data. Responsible for making payments for invoices/bills Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data Recording bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients Knowledge of basic accounting standards, principles and practices Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial information.
